1.Dispatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 21 days. If we are unable to despatch your order within this time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date.

2.Prices and Tax. Prices are quoted in UK sterling and are correct at time of printing. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without prior notice. The price you pay includes VAT.

All prices include postage and packing, unless indicated otherwise. For deliveries outside of the UK please contact us by email or telephone for a postage and packing quote.

3.Donations. Donations made to the Wildlife Habitat Charitable Trust are elligible for tax relief. In order for us to benefit from this, you must be paying at least 28p in income tax for every £1 you donate, and you need to check the tick box on the Shopping basket page.

4.Cancellation and Returns. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please contact us for further details.

5.Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

6.Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

7.Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

8.Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9.Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

10.Company information. Wildlife Habitat Trust is the trading name of the Wildlife Habitat Charitable Trust (Registered Charity No. 1013816).
